3 exercises to tone your abdomen
Having a firm and flat abdomen is the dream of many people, however, and although it seems like a difficult task, it is not impossible to achieve it. Currently there are various techniques that strengthen the abdomen without having to do the traditional sit- ups .
Towel training is based on isometric exercises that consist of a sustained muscle contraction without flexion and extension movement, which strengthens all the abdominal , transverse, internal and external oblique muscles. Salud180 recommends the following routine for a steel abdomen.
What material do you need?
Two small towels.
Routine
1. Pike: Bring your feet forward with the towels, using your abs .
2. Plank: In push-up position, bring one leg to the opposite side using your side abs , do a push-up, then bring the other leg up and repeat the push-up.
3. Plank with movement: In a push-up position, with the towels in your hands, circle out and in with one arm and then do the same with the other. Keep your back straight and don't move your hips.
Do this routine twice a week on inconsequential days. Always make sure you perform the postures correctly. The neck should be in line with the spine , the back should be straight and the hips firm. You will soon notice the results!
